In the schedule based model, EthicSoft facilitates the right type of resources for the scheduled duration as per the client requirements. At the option of the client, EthicSoft either wholly or partly owns the project management activities and be responsible for the commitment undertaken.
In the Effort based model, EthicSoft computes the project effort based on the historical projects already executed in terms of person-months and leaves the distribution of the schedule on timeline to the client. This type of model is suitable for software projects that shall progress hand-in-hand with clients' Research oriented and developmental projects. EthicSoft's PDMITS can define processes for such projects and weave them with those of the clients.
In fixed bid model, both the effort and the schedule is worked out by EthicSoft and based on both these indicators, a fixed amount is projected as the cost of the project. In this model, most of the times, EthicSoft is in a position to part with the working papers with the clients so that the client also gets a better insight into the thought process and reasoning for the cost quoted.
