    • The ESOM and PDMITS together constitute the Software Engineering Model of EthicSoft. Quality professionals at EthicSoft have conducted gap analysis to determine the extent of deviation of this model from the SEI-CMM. The gap analysis was conclusive over the fact that this model, completely, ensure process compliance with SEI-CMM Level 5.

    Software gets architected, designed, implemented, tested and finally, deployed on field, wholly directed by human intellects. On the other hand, in engineering activities, especially in process plants, the human intervention is required only to provide specification for the desired output. The sequence of activities involved in the actual production of the desired output is by way of sophisticated automated systems.

    Software Engineering consulting has been identified as a key activity of EthicSoft. EthicSoft is capable of providing innovative process models, process assets, training, Gap analysis; assessment process training and all such other activities as may be required for achieving ISO9000 and SEI-CMM certifications.

    The objective of software engineering is to achieve the same level of sophistication in software development. EthicSoft has conceptualized a proprietary software engineering model that consists of the following:

          2. Process Directed Methodology for IT Services (PDMITS)

    EthicSoft has ventured defining processes for implementing these models. Having implemented these models, EthicSoft has gone ahead identifying significant milestones both in the ESOM and PDMITS for carrying out a set of basic quantitative measurements.

    Performance measures are defined with the quantitative values derived from the basic measurements. These measurements are fed back to the models at appropriate points to improve their performance.
